Are PC battles becoming too run-of-the-mill for you? I would like to introduce a new gambling system to introduce a healthy serving of meta gaming to your PC battles, with Battle Bets.
How it works is all 16 applicants to a Battle Bets PC match are asked to place down 1.5 million isk into a shared escrow fund held either by myself and Chit Hoppened of Xer Cloud Consortium, or any other agreed upon 3rd party escrow service provider. Xer Cloud Consortium will provide the additional 12 million isk to initiate an attack order upon a district of the battle participants' choosing for that night's PC engagement.
Upon the conclusion of the match members in Xer Cloud Consotrium, including Battle Bets participants begin the frenzied and strategic withdraw process for taxed funds on that winning PC battle. As CEO I will commit to splitting payment between the highest WP earner in the match and the highest killer, without fees or taxes given to myself (I will videotape the process for an unlisted Youtube video per your request). However, I am only able to pay people with what goes into the wallet from taxes so that means if there are no players from Xer Cloud Consortium in the PC battle, I have far less to pay out from. All participants are asked to temporarily join Xer Cloud Consortium so that taxes from the (winning) PC battle pour into open corp wallet and fuel a far greater pot. All applicants identified as Battle Bets participants will be given accountant and terrestrial combat officer access to jump back into matches if they are DC'd.

It was all an experiment from the get go with the goal of encouraging community members to cultivate the sandbox mentality in new and thoughtful ways. I will continue push experiments like this as long as I am with Dust 514, however it won't succeed unless people are willing to take chances and play in the sandbox.
I am not looking to make isk off of this 'directly'. Yes, I will concede that fighting district battles may net the corp wallet additional funds which I have the ability to draw from; however the same is true for all members. Regardless of whether I have alts keeping an eye on the wallet, I cannot watch the wallet 24/7, and that means iskies go into the wild and are up for grabs by anyone in the corp. I will offer as many avenues as I can conceivably think of to help empower you to have greater control over the money withdraw process. We are probably the only corp to teach people the quirks of CCPs wallet system because of the loads and volumes we place on it.
I offer an invitation to expand the ways you think about Dust 514 as a game. The creative potential of this game and the community behind it has more potential than any other FPS on the market.
I challenge you to at least give it a try. We fail or succeed together as a community.
